Description

This feature lets hyperlink and address bar URL navigations target specific text on a web page, which will be scrolled to after the web page finishes loading. If you enable or don't configure this policy, web page scrolling to specific text fragments via a URL will be enabled. If you disable this policy, web page scrolling to specific text fragments via a URL will be disabled.
