By default, the company logo is shown on the new tab page if the company logo is configured in Admin Portal. If you enable or don't configure this policy, there is no change on the Microsoft Edge new tab page and the company logo is there for users. If you disable this policy, the company logo doesn't appear on Microsoft Edge new tab page.
